2025 CGDC Main Room Attendant

Attend to speaker/presenter needs (bring water, alert speaker of how much time they have remaining, etc), distribute/collect feedback forms, count attendees for each session, carry microphone for audience QA (if done popcorn style).

We need 2 volunteers for this role.

All Volunteer roles for the conference include: setup and tear-down (lasts about 1-2 hours) of helping setup/tear down tables, chairs, cleanup.

Volunteers who commit to eight or more hours of volunteer work receive a 50% discount off conference registration fees (all volunteers are required to be present at the conference).
