Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the setup and arrangement of the exhibition area, ensuring exhibitors’ booths are properly prepared before the conference.
• Collaborate with exhibitors, addressing inquiries, providing assistance, and ensuring their needs are met throughout the conference.
• Manage a team of volunteers, delegating tasks, and providing guidance to ensure smooth operations in the expo area.
• Monitor the exhibition area during the conference, maintaining a professional atmosphere, and promptly addressing any issues that may arise.
• Assist exhibitors with technical or logistical challenges, offering solutions and support to enhance their participation in the conference.
• Coordinate the tear-down process at the end of the conference, ensuring exhibitors receive necessary assistance and their materials are properly returned.
• Work closely with event organizers to store exhibitor booths and materials efficiently and securely.
• Be readily available and accessible to exhibitors and volunteers, offering support and guidance throughout the conference.
• Facilitate communication between exhibitors and conference attendees, encouraging networking and engagement.
• Assist with attendee traffic flow and crowd management within the exhibition area.
• Collaborate with event staff to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the expo space.
• Help enforce conference policies and guidelines within the exhibition area.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the expo experience to enhance future conferences.
